Design
After four to six weeks of planning, Next Com Solutions works with you to bring your vision, and your new Alcatel-Lucent system, to life in the design phase. Working closely with our sales and certified engineering teams, a dedicated Next Com Solutions project manager is the primary contact throughout the design and implementation phases. The project manager will ensure that all timelines, projects and deadlines are being met and completed.
To provide comprehensive database collection, individual handset design and end user training, a System Design Specialist (SDS) is assigned to the installation project to determine a schedule for collecting the department telephone call coverage design. The SDS is responsible for collecting, designing, and programming the stations and automated attendants. The SDS will first describe applications and configuration options to customer personnel to ensure proper system design. After the user design parameters are agreed upon, the SDS will consolidate this data onto a uniform spreadsheet and import it into the communication system from a single management interface.
This close familiarity on the part of the SDS will allow him/her to prepare a precise training program to meet the unique needs of your organization and to encourage user acceptance.
